Family invitations
The family owner shares an iCloud invitation from Family and members. The recipient signs in to iCloud on their own Apple device and accepts it. If an invitation fails, use the illustrated invitation steps and sync diagnostics in the app.
Sync and notifications
iCloud schedules family data sync. Check connectivity, iCloud sign-in, family permissions, and notification authorization. Targeted push notifications may be delayed by the system and are not guaranteed to arrive instantly.
Subscriptions and ads
Purchases and restoration are available under Subscriptions and ads in the app. Eligible family Pro members do not see home banner ads. App Store products show current subscription prices.
